Dwell Magazine has released a special issue featuring their favorite homes from the last ten years of Dwell. Cottam Hargrave’s Ranch House is featured as one of one hundred of their favorite homes. Look for the issue on newsstands and online.
Right now we are hard at work getting ready to begin construction of the helicopter hangar. This project is designed to minimize its visual impact from an existing residence. The hangar and landing pad will occupy an existing clearing that is downhill from the house. The hangar will be partially sunk into the hillside and connected to the landscaping with an intensive green roof which will be landscaped with a variety of native Texas grasses.
